EiceDRIVER™ – single channel IGBT / MOSFET driver

1ED020I12-F is a single channel IGBT / MOSFET Driver IC providing galvanic isolation and bidirectional signal transmission. The coreless transformer technology enables extremely short propagation delays, with excellent stability performance over temperature and EMI. The device can drive directly 100 A / 1200V IGBTs, with an integrated 2 A output stage. V _CEsat-detection and an active miller clamp complete the features of this new driver IC. Outstanding reliability at an optimized cost makes this device the first choice for applications such as AC-Drives, UPS and solar inverters. The well suited features, combined with galvanic isolation according to IEC60747-5-2 and UL1577, reduces the component count and therefore reducing PCB space significantly compared to other semi-integrated solutions.
