University and Society Relations

Infineon Technologies has various relationships with universities and groupings in society.

All over the world, we are involved in outstanding partnerships with a number of universities that are leading in engineering and science that can be applied to Infineon’s R&D. We usually try to find a way of “give and take,” e.g. in Germany there is no important technical university without a (former) Infineon expert working as a lecturer. In Asia we built up a number of university training labs and awarded outstanding students with scholarships.

Infineon Technologies actively takes part in various programs organized by local and global associations to raise awareness for technical issues at schools or support educational projects.

     Moreover, as an employer, we take our social responsibility seriously.
     So, we are proud to having joined the FAIR company initiative showing
     that we pay fair salaries to all our staff members.
